Refund Policy

At Arias Home Improvement LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our services involve labor, materials, scheduling, and project-specific work, our refund policy is outlined below.

 

1. Deposits

 

Deposits are required for certain projects to secure scheduling, labor, and materials.

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased, ordered, or allocated to your project.

If a project is canceled before materials are purchased or work begins, a cancelation fee of $500.00 will be charge for any deposit larger than $1000.00 at the discretion of Arias Home Improvement LLC.

 

2. Service Cancellations

 

Before Work Begins

 

Customers who cancel before work starts may be eligible for a refund of payments made, less:

 

Material costs already incurred

Permit fees

Design or consultation fees

Administrative and scheduling costs

After Work Begins

​

Once work has started, refunds will generally not be available for labor already performed or materials installed.

​

3. Project Changes

​

If the customer requests changes to the original scope of work:

​

Additional charges may apply.

Refunds will not be issued for completed work that is later changed at the customer’s request.

​

4. Materials and Special Orders

​

Special-order, custom, or non-returnable materials are non-refundable once ordered.

​

This includes, but is not limited to:

​

Custom cabinets

Flooring materials

Countertops

Special-order fixtures

Custom windows and doors

​

5. Quality Concerns

​

If a customer is dissatisfied with completed work, Arias Home Improvement LLC must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue before any refund request will be considered.

Our goal is to resolve concerns through repair, replacement, or corrective work whenever possible.

​

6. Refund Eligibility

​

Refund requests may be considered when:

​

Services paid for were not provided.

Work cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control.

A billing error has occurred.

A mutually agreed cancellation is approved by both parties.

7. Non-Refundable Items

​

The following are generally non-refundable:

​

Completed labor

Purchased materials

Permit fees

Design fees

Consultation fees

Custom orders

Third-party services

8. Refund Processing

​

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after approval.

​

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

​

9. Chargebacks

​

Customers agree to contact Arias Home Improvement LLC first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

​

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting project documentation, contracts, invoices, photographs, and communications.

​

10. Limitation of Refunds

 

Any refund issued shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
