3. Payments

4. Scheduling and Access

Delays caused by restricted access, weather conditions, material shortages, or unforeseen circumstances may affect project timelines.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

5. Change Orders

Any modifications to the agreed scope of work must be approved by both parties. Additional work may affect project costs and completion dates.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

Provide accurate project information.

Remove personal belongings from work areas when possible.

Secure pets and ensure safe access to the work site.

Obtain HOA approvals if required.

7. Warranty

​

Arias Home Improvement LLC warrants workmanship for a period specified in the project agreement.

This warranty does not cover:

​

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or acts of nature.

Pre-existing structural issues.

Materials supplied by the customer.

Manufacturer warranties on products and materials remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
